The chart below shows taker‐volume dominance by exchange, highlighting where the majority of taker trades occur. This insight is useful for two things:

- Trading: You know orders will be filled quickly on the most active platforms.

- Data Analysis: You can monitor order books, liquidity levels, and capital flows more effectively.

Currently, Binance accounts for 87% of global taker buy volume, giving it a clear market lead. Personally, I’ve set up notifications for significant taker buy/sell spikes and liquidations on Binance. Those are my cues to take action.

For comparison, OKX, Deribit, BitMEX, and Bybit together account for only about 10% of taker volume, which shows a huge cap between Binance and the other exchanges.
