Invesco Capital Management LLC has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch the Invesco Galaxy Solana ETF (ticker: QSOL). The fund is expected to be listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange and aims to track the spot price performance of Solana (SOL), using the Lukka Prime Solana Reference Rate as its benchmark.
