According to PANews, Swissquote Bank strategist Ipek Ozkardeskaya stated in a report that the trajectory of U.S. Treasury yields will be influenced by two main factors. The first factor is the fiscal decisions made by the United States, including whether the budget is sustainable and if there are any long-term plans to control debt. The second factor involves the actions of global investors: whether they remain willing to finance the U.S. deficit, especially amid deteriorating geopolitical relations, waning enthusiasm for the dollar, and declining confidence in U.S. Treasuries as a safe-haven asset, all of which are undermining market confidence.
