The Binance Referral Program allows existing Binance users a chance to earn rewards when inviting their friends to join and trade on Binance. There are two types of referral modes available: Referral and Referral Pro. Click on each section below to learn more.
It is important to note that new users are entitled to one referral mode only. If a new user registers for a Binance account via Referral Mode, they will not be eligible to sign up again using Referral Pro Mode.
Referral mode (previously called ‘Lite Referral’ mode) is a way for existing Binance users to earn rewards by inviting friends to join Binance. When a friend you’ve invited via Referral Mode successfully registers for a Binance account and makes a deposit worth more than 50 USD within 14 days of registration, you’ll both receive a 100 USD equivalent trading fee rebate voucher as a one-time reward.

Referral Pro mode (previously called ‘Standard Referral’ mode) is a way for existing users to receive commission from the trading fees of their referred users. For every new user successfully referred to Binance via the Referral Pro Mode, the referrer will receive a cut of the trading fees paid by the referred user on Binance Spot, Margin and Futures.
Please note: Each new user can only be referred to Binance via one referral mode. If a new user has already registered for a Binance account via Referral Mode, the referrer will not be eligible for any commission rewards from this referral under Referral Pro Mode.

Step 2: Share your referral link/code with friends to invite them to sign up with Binance.
Step 3: Once your referred friend registers for a Binance account, completes Identity Verification, and makes accumulative deposits worth more than 50 USD within 14 days after registration, you’ll each receive a 100 USD equivalent Trading Fee Rebate Voucher.
Once referred, your friend can make their deposit using any of the following channels:
Please note: any deposit via a third-party payment method, internal transfer from another Binance account or as a crypto deposit will not be counted towards the user’s deposit volume.
Rewards distribution
Both you and your referred friend will be eligible for a $100 trading fee rebate voucher when your referred friend completes the aforementioned deposit task.
The voucher will be distributed within 48 hours after the completion of the deposit task. This $100 trading fee rebate voucher can only be used for offsetting Spot trading fees.
Step 1: Visit [Referral] page and select [Referral Pro] mode.
Step 2: Share your referral link/code with friends to invite them to sign up with Binance.
Step 3: Receive the commission from the trading fee paid by your referred friend.
Commission structures
Binance offers two types of commission structures:
1) A commission structure based on the user’s daily BNB holdings;
2) A commission structure based on the user’s referral performance (to be launched soon).
The final commission rate awarded to the user will be the higher rate derived from these two structures:
1. Commission structure based on BNB holding
For inviter with daily average BNB account balance less than 500 BNB:
The base Spot Referral Pro Rate is 20% and you can choose to share 0%, 5%, or 10% of your referral commission with the friends you invite.
The Base Futures Referral Pro Rate is 10%.
For inviter with a daily average BNB account balance of 500 BNB or above:
The base Referral Pro Rate: 40% and you can choose to share 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20% of your referral commission with the friends you invite.
The Base Futures Referral Pro Rate is 20%.
The inviter is eligible to receive spot referral commissions from invitees who are regular users or within VIP tiers 1 - 2, and futures referral commissions from invitees who are regular users or within VIP tier 1.
2. Commission structure based on quarterly performance
All eligible users by default participate in a 3-month automated evaluation to earn higher commissions based on the following criteria:

Please note: If a futures commission rate of 30% or higher is not achieved by passing this evaluation, the futures commission time limitation will remain in effect.
1. Who is eligible to participate in the evaluation?
All Binance users excluding:
Sub-accounts
Binance brokers
Whose current commission rate is 0%
Users who did not open a Futures account
Users without any referrals opening a Futures account
Users who are residing in a restricted region for the referral, Spot, and Futures products
Those who violate the Binance Referral Terms and Conditions.
2. How does the evaluation work?
Start Date of Evaluation:
Evaluations for existing eligible users start at the beginning of the calendar month and last for three consecutive calendar months. (i.e., 1 August 2025 - 30 November 2025).
New users who become eligible after the 15th of the month will begin their evaluation from the 1st day of the following month.
Example 1: User A registered binance account on 7 July, the evaluation period for this user will be 1 July - 31 October 2025
Example 2: User B is no longer a broker on 17 July, the evaluation period for this user will be 1 August - 30 November 2025
Before any evaluation period begins, eligible users will receive their respective announcement email informing them of their evaluation period.
Spot and futures evaluations are conducted separately and may start at different times if the user opens a futures account later.
Users can check their evaluation performance period and data by visiting the [Referral Pro Dashboard] and clicking on the [Futures Evaluation] or [Spot Evaluation] tab.
Upgrade:
Upon meeting the criteria mentioned above, the user's commission rate will be automatically upgraded the next day at 08:00 (UTC+0) to the corresponding tier, the upgrading will normally be applied the next day, at the latest within 48 hours.
The benefits will remain valid as long as the user continues to meet the criteria in subsequent evaluations.
Downgrade:
Any users who started the evaluation period with a 30% or higher commission rate need to maintain the current tier criteria (or achieve the next tier’s criteria) in order to maintain the benefits.
Example: User A upgraded to 30% for the evaluation period between March - June 2025, he/she will need to maintain the criteria until the end of next evaluation period (July - October 2025) to avoid being downgraded.
Users who failed to maintain the current tier’s criteria will be downgraded to the respective tier where the user’s current trading volume and new traders amount are able to maintain. Downgrade will be applied within 48 hours after the end of evaluation period.
