1. How do I freeze my Binance Card (Bahrain)?
You may temporarily freeze your Binance Card (Bahrain) to prevent new charges from being approved.
(1) Log in to your Binance account and go to [Card Dashboard].
(2) You will see a [Manage Card] button. Click [Freeze] and your card will be frozen. Please note that your card will automatically decline every transaction until you unfreeze your card.
2. How do I unfreeze my Binance Card (Bahrain)?
To unfreeze your Binance Card (Bahrain), please follow these instructions:
(1) Log in to your Binance account and go to [Card Dashboard].
(2) You will see a [Manage Card] button. Click [Unfreeze]. Enter your 2FA code and your card will be unlocked.
3. Important notes
(1) Never share your full card details with anyone, even with Binance Customer Support agents. In case we need to verify your identity, we will only ask for the last 4 digits of your card and not your card number, CVV code, or expiry date.
(2) We recommend you avoid using your Binance Card (Bahrain) on suspicious websites.
(3) Please freeze your Binance Card (Bahrain) immediately if you notice any suspicious activities on your card.
