Frequently Asked Questions on Binance Pay Shopping Discount

1. Will the shopping discount be applied automatically?

Yes. If your transaction meets the campaign requirements, the discount will be applied automatically and displayed on the checkout page. 

2. What are the minimum requirements to be eligible for the campaign discount?

To qualify for the discount, your order with an eligible merchant must be worth at least 20 USDT equivalent. Orders priced by merchants in other currencies are not eligible. 

3. If I request a refund, will I still be eligible for this benefit for the next purchase?

No. Once a discount has been applied and the order is refunded or canceled, the discount is considered used and cannot be reinstated, even within the same month.

4. In the event of a refund request, what portion of the amount will be refunded?

Refunds only apply to the actual amount paid. Discounts are non-refundable and will be deducted proportionally.

If a user opts for a partial refund, the refund received will be proportional to the actual amount that was paid by the user.

Full refund example: For a 100 USDT order with a 2 USDT discount, you paid 98 USDT, if the user requests for a full refund of 100 USDT, they will be refunded 98 USDT.

Partial refund example: For a 100 USDT order with a 2 USDT discount, if the user requests for a partial refund of 50 USDT, they will receive a 49 USDT refund (discount is reduced proportionally).

5. Can I transfer my unused discount to someone else or carry it over to the next month?

No. The discount is non-transferable and must be used within the designated campaign period. Any unused discounts will not be carried over to the following month.

6. Can I redeem this discount on both app and website?

Yes. You can redeem the discount via either the Binance App or the merchant website, as long as your purchase meets the campaign criteria.

7. Can I combine this discount with other discounts on the same order?

No. Only one discount can be applied per order—either a platform discount or a merchant discount. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts. Only one discount or promotion offer may be applied per transaction.
