1. What is happening to the Auto-Invest service?
We are transitioning the Auto-Invest service to a new feature within Convert called "Recurring". This change is part of our effort to optimize our product offerings. The Auto-Invest service will be retired, except for the Index-Linked Plan, which will still keep functioning.

3. What will happen to my existing Single Token and Portfolio Plans?
Your existing Single Token and Portfolio Plans will be migrated to the Convert Recurring feature. The functionality will remain the same, with the added benefits mentioned above, allowing you to continue your recurring purchases seamlessly.
4. What will happen to the Index-Linked Plan?
The Index-linked Plan will remain as it is. It will not be migrated to Convert Recurring due to its distinct features. We will continue to improve Index-Linked as an independent product going forward.
5. How will the migration process affect my current investments?
The migration process is designed to be smooth and seamless. You only need to opt in for the transition through our guidance by clicking the button on the migration notice UI, and the rest will be taken care of by us. You can still view details of your existing plan after migration.
If you do not take any action by the deadline of the migration, your plans will be automatically migrated to Convert Recurring unless you choose to cancel them in advance.

If you select [I will do it later], this notice will continue to appear until the end of the migration period and any existing plans will be automatically migrated to Convert Recurring then.
6. Where can I edit my Auto-Invest Plan details?
You can edit your Auto-Invest Plan in Convert Recurring here.
Scroll down to Recurring Plans to see your plan details and click [Edit] to update your plan details if necessary.
7. Will there be any changes to the way my assets are delivered?
For Single and Portfolio Plans, the purchased assets will continue to be delivered directly to your selected account after each transaction. For the Index-Linked Plan, the purchased component assets will remain in the custodian account and be subject to monthly rebalancing, and you can redeem your subscription or cancel your plan at any time (aside from the rebalancing period).
8. How will the quoted prices be determined in Convert Recurring?
Each recurring trade in Convert Recurring will be executed based on a quoted price provided by Binance Convert at the time of the trade. There will be no additional fees applied.
9. Can I still redeem my assets from the Index-Linked Plan?
Yes, you can redeem the purchased assets to your personal account at any time. After redeeming, these assets will no longer be subject to rebalancing and will be at your disposal.
