How to Buy Crypto with Web3 and DeFi Wallets Using Binance Connect?

Now, you can buy crypto directly using any of your external web3 and DeFi wallets, such as Trust Wallet, SafePal, and other supported wallets, via Binance Connect with your existing Binance KYC-verified account. You may use P2P Trading, credit or debit cards, or your Binance Spot balance to make your crypto purchase.

Select each tab above to see instructions on how to use each via Binance Connect.

In the following tutorials, we will use Trust Wallet as an example to illustrate how to use Binance Connect to buy crypto.

How to open Binance Connect

1. Open and log in to your Trust Wallet, tap [Buy], and select the crypto you want to buy along with the corresponding network.

2. Enter the amount you want to buy and select the corresponding currency. Choose [P2P] and select [Binance Connect] as the provider.

3. You will be directed to the Binance interface to finalize your purchase.

How to pay with P2P Trading

1. After successfully logging in to your Binance account, your order details will be shown below.

2. Tap [Continue], you will see the seller’s payment details. Please transfer funds to the seller’s account via the payment method listed within the time limit. You may use the [Chat] function on the right to contact the seller directly.

After you have made the transfer, tap [Transferred, Notify Seller].

Important note: You need to transfer the payment directly to the seller through a bank transfer or other third-party payment platforms based on the seller's payment information. If you have already transferred payment to the seller, do not tap [Cancel] unless you have already received a refund from the seller in your payment account. Do not tap [Transferred, Notify Seller] unless you have paid the seller.

3. After the seller confirms your payment, the seller will release the cryptocurrency to you. Once the transaction is considered complete, you can tap [Withdraw] to send the asset back to Trust Wallet.

a. If you haven’t added your web3 wallet address to the whitelist, you’ll have the option to add it for future transactions.

b. If you haven’t completed two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account, you’ll be prompted to do so.

4. Once the order status changes to [Order Completed], you can track your purchase in the web3 wallet. Return to your web3 wallet to monitor your transaction progress on the token's activity page. Once you receive the token, your purchase is complete.
