How to access Binance Marketplace?

1. Log in to your Binance app.
2. Switch to Pro Mode from [Account Center] if you’re on Lite Mode.
3. On the home screen, scroll down to access [Marketplace].
Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
How to search for mini-programs and products in Binance Marketplace?
1. Select the [Search] icon.
2. Type in the mini-program name or product SKU.
3. You can select [Apps] or [SKU] to discover available options.
4. You can also select [Discover] from the ‘Popular’ section to find all mini-programs.
How to make a purchase in Binance Marketplace?
1. Under 'Categories', select [Travel & Experience].
2. Within [Travel & Experience], select either [Stays] or [Flights].
3. Select the product/service you wish to purchase.
4. Tap [Continue with Binance].
5. Grant third-party app access to your Binance account. To proceed, tap [Continue] and your Binance Pay account will be synced to make a payment.
6. You can add, remove, or rearrange your spending currencies by selecting [Spot Wallet]. The system will follow your Payment Priority settings when you make a purchase.
How to add mini-programs to my “Favorites”?
1. Under ‘Categories’, explore the different mini-programs available.
2. Select and open your mini-program.
3. Tap the [...] button at the top.
4. Select [Favorites] to add the mini-program to your marketplace homepage.
5. Each time you visit Binance Marketplace, these 'Favorites' will be easily accessible.
How can I request for a refund and check my refund status?
Refund policies may vary among merchants. Please refer to the merchant's refund policy within the mini-program where you made your purchase on how to request for a refund.
To find out your refund status, tap on the [History] icon. Records will be shown after the merchant has processed your refund.
How can I contact merchants for transaction issues?
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 1 working day, or if the delivered item is incorrect or faulty, you can contact the merchant directly through their customer support, or submit a feedback request via Binance Marketplace using the steps below:
Go to the Mini Program from Binance Marketplace.
Tap the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner and select [Feedback].
Select your problem type, and provide your problem details and contact information.
The merchant will contact you via the contact information you provided.
For updates, please refer to [Feedback History] to view your submitted feedback status.
