1. What Are Exclusive Airdrops?

Exclusive Airdrops are collaborative events featuring carefully vetted projects chosen by the Binance Wallet team. Projects contribute tokens and other rewards for the airdrop event. Users can earn project-specific airdrop rewards by completing activities exclusive to Binance Wallet.

Eligibility: Only users with a backed-up, keyless MPC Binance Wallet can participate.

How to Participate:

  • Complete designated tasks exclusive to the Binance Wallet platform.
  • Users who complete the tasks successfully are eligible to share in the Exclusive Airdrop reward pool.

2. What Are Potential Rewards?

Potential Rewards are airdrop opportunities from trending projects that have not yet partnered with Binance Wallet but still allow users to earn rewards by completing specific tasks. While these rewards are separate from Exclusive Airdrops, they still provide users with earning opportunities.

Eligibility: Open to any wallet (not limited to Binance Wallet).

How to Participate:

  • Complete the designated tasks listed on the project’s airdrop page.
  • Click on the project’s logo within Potential Rewards to access the page and start participating.
  • Users who complete the tasks are eligible to receive Potential Rewards directly from the project, though these rewards are not part of the Exclusive Airdrop reward pool.

Note: Users who are logged in via Binance Wallet do not need to link their wallet again.

Common Issues for Exclusive Airdrops

1. Why can’t I see Airdrop campaigns?

The Airdrop tab and Web3 campaigns are only visible and available in certain countries or regions.

If you previously had access to these campaigns but can no longer see them, please check if the following may apply to you:

  • Your KYC (Know Your Customer) information has changed.
  • Your country of residence has been updated or modified in your profile.

2. Why can’t I verify my task completion?

If you're unable to verify your task completion, please follow these steps:

a. Check Wallet Eligibility:

  • Ensure the wallet address you're using meets the campaign's requirements.
  • Some campaigns require a Keyless Wallet. You can find specific requirements on the airdrop campaign's landing page.

b. Review Task Instructions:

  • Double-check the task description and tutorial to confirm that you've completed all steps correctly.

c. Allow Time for Verification:

  • Wait at least 15 minutes after completing the task before attempting verification again, as it may take time for the system to update your status.

If the issue persists, please contact our Customer support team so our technical team can investigate further.

3. How do I check and claim my airdrop rewards?

You can view and claim your airdrop rewards on the [Binance Wallet] - [My Rewards] page.

Follow these steps to check your rewards:

a. Go to the My Rewards page in your Binance Wallet.

b. Rewards are organized under the following tabs:

Claimable: Shows all rewards that are available for claiming.

  • Click the [Claim] button and sign the transaction to transfer the rewards to your wallet address.

Pending: Rewards that are awaiting the project’s token launch (or Token Generation Event (TGE)) are still being calculated. You’ll need to wait for the project owner to complete the token launch or for the rewards calculation to finish.

Received: Displays rewards that you’ve successfully claimed or those directly distributed by Binance.

  • Missed: Lists rewards you didn’t receive due to reasons such as:
    • The reward pool has run out of stock.
    • Not being selected under a lucky draw mechanism (if applicable).

Note: If you don’t see these tabs or your rewards, please update your Binance Wallet app to the latest version and check again.

4. Why can’t I claim my rewards?

If you're having trouble claiming your rewards, please check the following:

  • Gas Fees: Claiming rewards requires signing an on-chain transaction and paying a gas fee. Ensure you have enough gas in your wallet. You can view the required gas fee on the signature pop-up when attempting to claim rewards.
  • Solana Chain Rewards: For rewards on the Solana network, your SOL address must be activated with a minimum balance of 0.002 SOL. Without this, you won’t be able to claim Solana-based rewards.
  • High Network Activity: If you encounter the error: “Sorry, there are too many people claiming rewards right now. Please try again shortly!” Please wait around 15 minutes and try again.
