The VIP Growth Program is simple: As the user’s trading volume and/or BNB holdings grow, they will be able to unlock higher VIP levels. With each new level, the user will gain access to more exclusive privileges and rewards.
Rewards are one-off gifts users receive when they first reach a specific VIP tier.
Privileges refers to the access we grant to users when they reach certain VIP tiers. Users must maintain their VIP status to enjoy the privileges.
*Only VIP users from participating regions shall be eligible to receive any merchandise or Binance Swag.
As users trade and/or grow their BNB holdings, their VIP levels will be automatically upgraded based on their activities. Users can check their trading volume and BNB holding requirements here.
When a user gets upgraded to a new VIP tier, they will receive an email notification with details about their new benefits and any event invitations they are eligible for.
In addition to the email, VIP 3 and above users will be contacted via in-app chat by their dedicated account manager and assist them to claim the eligible one-time rewards (such as Swag Packs), guide them through their new privileges, and arrange access to exclusive events and personalized services.
