Binance Wallet is excited to launch the Sonic Chain Trading Competition on Binance Alpha! During the Promotion Period, trade Sonic Chain tokens in your Binance Wallet (Keyless) or via Binance Alpha to share exclusive token rewards.
Promotion Period: 2025-05-08 16:00 (UTC)* to 2025-05-23 16:00 (UTC)
Note: *Eligible users who have traded SHADOW, BEETS, ANON and any newly launched tokens within Sonic Chain on Binance Alpha from 2025-05-01 16:00 (UTC) to 2025-05-23 16:00 (UTC) will have their trading volumes included in this Promotion.
Eligible participants will be ranked according to their cumulative total trading volume on eligible Sonic Chain tokens on Binance Alpha during the Promotion Period. Top traders will receive rewards as per the reward structure and table below.
Participants will be ranked across four independent categories:
SHADOW Trading Volume Pool: The top 13,000 users by trading volume of SHADOW tokens during the Promotion Period will share 22,100 SHADOW tokens equally (= 1.7 SHADOW per user).
BEETS Trading Volume Pool: The top 1,200 users by trading volume of BEETS tokens during the Promotion Period will share 1,824,000 BEETS tokens equally (= 1,520 BEETS per user).
ANON Trading Volume Pool: The top 10,000 users by trading volume of ANON tokens during the Promotion Period will share 153,000 ANON tokens equally (= 15.3 ANON per user).
Sonic Chain Aggregate Trading Volume Pool: The top 7,000 users by trading volume of the above-mentioned tokens and any newly launched tokens within the Sonic Chain on Binance Alpha from 2025-05-01 16:00 (UTC) to 2025-05-23 16:00 (UTC) will share 1,001,000 S tokens equally (= 143 S per user).
Please Note:
Only trades executed via Binance Wallet (Keyless) or Binance Alpha will qualify in this Promotion. Third-party dApp transactions are excluded.
Limit Order Bonus: Limit orders receive 2x weighting in prize pool calculations. This means that any trading volume in the form of limit orders accumulated from 2025-05-01 16:00 (UTC) to 2025-05-23 16:00 (UTC) will be counted as double for this Promotion.
The Sonic Token Prize Pool rewards top traders across all Sonic Chain token pools, including the initial three designated pools on Binance Alpha and any newly launched tokens within the Sonic network from 2025-05-01 16:00 (UTC) to 2025-05-23 16:00 (UTC).
Trading of the S/USDC pair or any other S stablecoins pairs will not be counted in the cumulative trading volume for this Promotion.
No Volume Caps: There is no cap on the trading volume for each participant in this Promotion.
Transactions related to bridging of tokens are not eligible for this Promotion.
The rewards in this Promotion are not mutually exclusive: Eligible winners can receive rewards from each Trading Task Pool if they meet the corresponding criteria.
Update your Binance App to the latest version, ensure you have created a Binance Wallet (Keyless) and backed it up.
During the Promotion Period, trade SHADOW, BEETS, ANON and any Sonic Chain tokens on Binance Alpha.
After the Promotion Period ends, rankings will be automatically calculated and displayed on the activity page. Eligible winners will receive their rewards in their Binance Alpha accounts.
These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern your participation in this activity (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy.
Only users from qualified regions who complete account verification (KYC) and hold an active Binance Wallet shall be eligible. Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Binance services in each country from which the services are accessed. Tokens will not be distributed to users who delete or deactivate their Binance Wallets.
Reward Distribution:
All rewards will be distributed in SHADOW, BEETS, ANON and S tokens, according to the reward distribution mentioned above.
Token rewards will be distributed to eligible users before 2025-06-06 16:00:00 (UTC).
Eligible winners can check their token rewards directly from their Binance Alpha Accounts.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations/logins, self dealing, or market manipulation). Binance further reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
Binance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the denomination in which a token will be paid.
Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
