Balance (EPT) Will Be Available on Binance Alpha and Binance Futures

Binance is excited to announce that Balance (EPT) will be open for trading on Binance Alpha starting 2025-04-21 12:00 (UTC). In addition, Binance Futures will launch EPTUSDT Perpetual Contract with up to 50x leverage at 2025-04-21 13:00 (UTC).

Binance is the first platform to announce the listing of EPT on Futures and Alpha trading. To celebrate the launch, all eligible Binance Exchange users with a purchasing history on Alpha will receive an airdrop of 3,500 EPT token in their Alpha account before 2025-04-21 12:10 (UTC)

Exclusive for users who have purchased on Binance Alpha using Spot or Funding accounts on Binance Exchange between 2025-04-11 00:00:00 (UTC) and 2025-04-17 23:59:59 (UTC)

  • The aforementioned perpetual contract will be made available for Futures Copy Trading within 24 hours of launch. For more information on available Futures Copy Trading contracts, please refer to this FAQ.

  • The maximum funding rate of the aforementioned perpetual contract at the time of launch is +2.00% / -2.00%. 

  • The funding fee settlement frequency is every four hours.

  • Based on market risk conditions, Binance may adjust the specifications of the aforementioned Futures contract from time to time, which include the funding fee, tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin, and/or maintenance margin requirements.

  • Multi-Assets Mode allows users to trade the aforementioned perpetual contract across multiple margin assets, subject to the applicable haircuts. For example, when the Multi-Assets Mode is activated, users can use BTC as margin when trading the aforementioned perpetual contract. 

  • The aforementioned perpetual contract is subject to the Binance Terms of Use and the Binance Futures Service Agreement.

  • Futures and spot token listings are not correlated. A token listed on Binance Futures does not guarantee that it will be listed on Binance Spot.
