To better serve our affiliate community, Binance Affiliates have implemented new updates to the Affiliates Spot Quarterly Evaluation review process.
The New Spot Commission Rate will be implemented on 2025-02-17, which will be based on the affiliate’s performance during the Performance Evaluation Period and the tiering process detailed below.
Performance Evaluation Period: 2025-02-17 (UTC) to 2025-05-16 (UTC)
Note: Following application of the New Spot Commission Rate, the subsequent evaluation period will commence from 2025-07-01 (UTC) and will continue to be reviewed on a quarterly basis (“Quarterly Evaluations”).
The Binance Affiliates Spot Quarterly Evaluation and New Spot Commission Rates will be tiered as follows:

This evaluation only assesses the performance of the Affiliate's Referral Pro mode.
New trader: Invitees who complete their first trade in spot or margin trading on the platform during the evaluation period.
Active trader: Invitees who complete at least one spot or margin trade during the evaluation period.
To qualify for the Binance Affiliates Spot Quarterly Evaluation, affiliates need to meet both (1) the Spot & Margin trading volume and (2) the number of new or active traders requirements indicated in the above table.
Binance Affiliates can track their evaluation performance, which will be updated the following day by 05:00 (UTC) via:
Commission adjustments to the affiliate’s New Spot Commission Rate will be completed by the end of the following month after each Quarterly Evaluation.

All Binance Affiliates will be assessed according to the tiering criteria mentioned above.
Affiliates who do not meet the minimum requirements of the evaluation will have their spot commission rate adjusted to 20% by the end of the following month.
All Binance Affiliates are subject to the Binance Affiliate Program Standard Terms and Conditions. If Binance determines that an Affiliate has violated the terms and conditions, the Affiliate’s membership and qualification will be terminated.
Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending the evaluation process, its eligibility terms and criteria. All users shall be bound by these amendments.
