I acknowledge that every day progress feels slow, but it's absolutely insane to realize the real-world penetration cryptocurrency has experienced in fifteen years.
I know I'm an old man shouting at clouds, but staking is a security job and should be incentive-limited to ~33% of issuance to ensure that Ether is the currency of Ethereum forever.
Hey. If you're a solo @Ethereum staker, I'm PRETTY sure you'll want to upgrade to the 0x02 withdrawal credential if you haven't. It gives compounding and accrual on the validator. I'm only aware of good things.
.@dappnode has been shipping code and supporting solo home validators for years. They deserve FAR more credit than I've ever given them, they have done SO much to support solo home stakers since day 1.
I appreciated comments from @yorickdowne and @remy_roy regarding our need for decentralization.
I don't see decentralization only as a "means to an end", but rather as a broad mechanism that ensures Ethereum exists to benefit everyone, not just the elite.
.@NethermindEth is becoming a juggernaut force for postivie growth in @Ethereum. It has been happening for years, but I'm only realizing it now. Thank you Nethermind. Keep going.
A "pragmatic" take on Ethereum: "If I can't make money on it, it has no value to me "
A REAL pragmatic take: A decentralized smart contract platform that is credibly neutral and accessible to every human brings incalculable value to humanity and the future of our world.
