$BTTC O Minister André Mendonça, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), on this Friday (11) granted a request from the Office of the Attorney General (PGR) and lifted the secrecy of 18 cases related to the investigations of Banco Master. Among the cases are those involving the film “Dark Horse,” senators Ciro Nogueira (PP-PI) and Jaques Wagner (PT-BA), and former governor Claudio Castro (PL).
Mendonça stated that the 18 cases are not related to the subject of the extraordinary session scheduled for next Tuesday (15), but considered there to be no impediment to lift the secrecy. The decision came just a few hours after the minister denied having selectively disclosed documents—a position challenged by Alexandre de Moraes, who had said that the 18 proceedings and other 180 documents remained outside the access of the other ministers.
