If you helped test or build Rialo early on, no forms needed - your activity is already snapshot.
How to claim:
1) Sign in via Google at playground.rialo.io (use the email linked to your points).
2) Link your Discord/GitHub in the Connect panel to see your +N balance.
3) Verify accounts, then hit "Connect and claim" (linking is permanent).

Social content drops are still processing, so creators haven't been missed.
