Frequent losses often cause us to fall into outcome bias, focusing only on the final result that feels bad—when it could be that the execution when entering was already correct. As long as the Risk-to-Reward Ratio is reasonable and the capital allocation is kept tightly controlled, there’s no reason to avoid that token just because of a bad history. But if from the start the trading is purely based on luck, better find another token whose movements are more predictable and can be analyzed.
