There are more than twenty posts in the topic teaching how to download an APK for Android—ranging from Xiaomi MIUI intercepting to OPPO stores. There is not a single post for iPhone. In this post, both ends are provided; first put the Android address that most people want at the very front.
1. Official direct download link for Binance’s Android APK
The direct link to the official Android installer package is this. Tap it to start downloading right away:

After you get it, follow the three numbers: the filename starts with BNApp_F and ends with .apk; the file size is close to 300 MB (the phone’s file manager shows 293 MB, and the browser download history shows 307 MB—same file, two different calculations); the current Android version number is 3.18.4. After installing, you can see it in the App settings. If it doesn’t match, it means what you have is not the official current version—delete it and download again.
The string of numbers in the link is the version number; it updates when Binance releases new versions. If one day you click it and the download won’t move, it’s not because you’re banned—it’s because the version number changed. Go to the Binance official website page, scroll to the very bottom, and use the current “Download” entry there. It’s always the latest.
Official installer packages only have these two sources: the direct link above, and the official download entry at the bottom of the website. Don’t install anything from third-party app stores, ad placements in search results, cloud drive forwards, or files sent by others in groups. For Android phones bought in China that already have a built-in store, you can’t find the official Binance app—what you find won’t be the same app name, or it’ll be a fake.
2. If you can’t get it installed after downloading, check these few things.
When downloading, the browser pops up “This type of file may harm your device.” Choose Continue/Keep. On Android, this same sentence applies to all apks.
Installation will be blocked by one or two steps: first, grant permission for the system’s “Unknown sources”; then temporarily turn off switches like the “Pure mode” that comes on by default in domestic systems. Turn it back on after installing.
“There was a problem parsing the package”—the file didn’t download completely or is corrupted. Delete it and download again; don’t keep retrying repeatedly with a partially downloaded file.
“App not installed”—there’s another old Binance app from a different source on your phone, and the signatures don’t match. Uninstall it completely first.
It fails halfway through installation but doesn’t tell you why—it’s because storage space isn’t enough. Installation needs to unzip; leave at least 1 GB free.
Huawei specifically says: In Settings, check the HarmonyOS version number. If it starts with 5 or 6—pure-blood HarmonyOS with no Android compatibility layer—an apk can’t be installed from the system level. Repeated downloads won’t help. Use the browser to open the web version and “Add to Home Screen” to create an icon; also don’t believe any so-called “Binance HarmonyOS installer package”—the official one hasn’t been released. If it starts with 3 or 4, then it’s normal to install.
3. For Apple iPhone: if you can’t find it, it’s not that it was taken down—it’s the Apple ID step
You don’t need to install an installer package on iPhone—you just download from the App Store. But people who get stuck are even more common than on Android because there are two steps.
First: the Mainland China App Store doesn’t have this app—you have to use an Apple ID from outside Mainland China. Hong Kong region or Taiwan region works—just don’t use the US region. Searching in the US region gives you Binance.US, which is another platform for US users; accounts aren’t interchangeable. If you install the wrong one, you’ll have to do it again.
Second, the search keyword must be in English: Binance. If you switch region and search Chinese, you’ll get nothing, then you’ll think the region didn’t switch and keep going back and forth.
For Apple ID, choose one of these three paths:
If you already have an ID from outside Mainland China, pay attention to one detail that most people get wrong: only sign out inside the App Store and switch to that ID. Don’t change the whole account via “Settings → your Apple ID at the top.” That would move iCloud, photos, and contacts with it. The correct place is the profile picture at the top-right in the App Store—slide down to sign out, then sign in with the other ID. After installing, switch back—your app won’t disappear.
If you want to change the region for an existing ID, you must first spend the account balance down to 0 and cancel all subscriptions before you’re allowed to change. After you change it, your previously purchased items and subscriptions may be affected. I don’t recommend doing this with your main ID.
If you don’t want to fuss, just use the web version: open Binance login in your browser. The main flow for market data, spot, futures, and C2C is all there. In Safari, tap Share → “Add to Home Screen” to add an icon. It works almost the same as the app. The main missing parts are push notifications and fingerprint quick login. If you’re in a rush to open an account, go with this one first.
There’s also an iOS-only one: on iPhone there’s no such thing as an “installer package.” Any method that asks you to “install a configuration profile” / “trust an enterprise certificate” / “download via a test build” is fake. The Binance iOS version has only one channel: the App Store. Those so-called “install without switching region on iOS” and “iOS Enterprise Edition” are made to look exactly real. The password and verification code you type get sent straight to the other side.
One last side effect to say upfront: if you install the app using which Apple ID, then future updates must log into the App Store using that same ID. If you switch back to your main ID, Binance will prompt in the update list that it needs the password for the other ID—this is normal. Just temporarily switch back and tap it—that’s it. So you must remember the password for that ID. If you get a new phone and reinstall, you’ll need it again.
4. After installing, how to register
Open the app and tap Register. You can use a phone number or email. A +86 phone number can be used directly.
Only one thing to watch out for: the password-setting screen—there’s a line under the password box that says “Referral code (optional)”. It’s collapsed; tap it to expand. After you finish entering the password, the keyboard pops up. That line is right under the keyboard, and if you keep tapping downward you’ll move past it. First, dismiss the keyboard, then look down once.
In that field, enter WIN98. From then on, the handling fee for every transaction automatically returns 20%. In the long run, it’s like getting an 80% discount on trading. Only this time when you register can you enter it, and after submission you can’t change it.
After this is real-name verification (ID card front and back plus a live face photo must use the original, don’t shoot directly under a desk lamp—if there’s glare, recognition won’t work) → Security settings → Buy your first USDT via C2C, all within 20 minutes.
Common mishap: you already registered on the website. Then you install the app and register again inside it. Just log in to the original account—one ID can only be used for real-name verification for one Binance account. If you register again, that real name can’t be used, and you’ll waste time. Changing phones, reinstalling, or flashing won’t affect it—data is in the cloud, and the invitation binding relationship follows the account.
The last three sentences
The installer only recognizes the direct link above and the official download entry at the bottom of the website. Don’t install anything someone sends you via private chat or forwards in a group;
iPhone: only install from the App Store. Don’t touch description profiles, enterprise signatures, or test builds—those are the biggest traps on the Apple side.
Write down the backup keys for your password and two-factor authentication and keep the paper safe. Don’t only store them in a phone memo—if your phone gets lost, everything is gone.
