$ETH This position is squeezing for a big move on both the long and short sides. At the 1909 level, it’s just perfectly pinned in the middle of the 1855–1928 range—there’s no volume breakout either upward or downward.
On-chain data is a bit interesting: large-holder addresses haven’t moved these days, but exchange inflows have been quietly increasing. Community sentiment is still leaning bullish. Funding rates are positive but not excessively high, which suggests leverage hasn’t run out of control. This rebound is behaving similarly to $BTC , but $ETH itself hasn’t managed to break out into an independent move—at least in the short term, it’s just following the broader market.
I’ve gone over the trading volume several times. The 236K level is usually medium-to-high for normal conditions, but compared with the prior surge, it still falls a bit short. In plain terms, it looks like funds are “drawing a gate”—don’t get led by a single line.
Old-hedge-fund veteran advice: positions that are stuck in the middle like this are the easiest to shake people out. Before the real direction shows up, going sideways is the best kind of “wash.” Which coin are you watching right now?
