Nashan Technology (2261) began bookbuilding today, with the offering set to close on August 4 and shares expected to list on August 7, according to Ming Pao.

The company is offering 57.5945 million shares globally at HK$10.42 to HK$11.18 each. The board lot is 100 shares, and the entry cost is HK$1,129.27. Of the total offering, 5.7595 million shares are allocated to Hong Kong. The IPO is expected to raise about HK$643 million. Guotai Haitong and BOC International are the sponsors, and there are no cornerstone investors.
