The derivatives exchange Architect Financial Technologies has completed a Series A round of $35 million. This was announced by the project's founder and former head of the American division of FTX (FTX US) Brett Harrison.

The round was co-led by Miami International and Tioga Capital. Also participating were Ark Invest, Galaxy Digital, VanEck, Coinbase Ventures, Auros, and others.

According to The Information, following the round, the valuation of Architect Financial Technologies reached $187 million. Since its founding in 2023, the company has raised $52 million.

Architect Financial Technologies offers perpetual futures on traditional assets, such as stocks. Unlike FTX US, which was previously managed by Harrison, the company has no direct ties to the cryptocurrency sector.
