Fresh ETF updates — noise or signal?

Every time news comes out about ETF investors or changes in their balances, my first impulse is to do something urgently. Buy? Sell?

Then I remember the statistics:

95% of such news is already reflected in the price by the time it reaches the masses.

Right now, I do the following:

I open the chart for the month — I see if there was already an impulse.

I look at the volumes — real movements are always confirmed by volume.

And only then do I decide — is it noise or a signal to act?

Do you react to such news or ignore it? Do you have your own filter?
