The way I look at early projects is: I assess whether the product itself is good enough, but more importantly, through the product, I try to judge the execution ability of the team. In simple terms, can they create a good product based on existing demand? And what if the product demand changes tomorrow? If they want to add new features or shift to a different system, can they deliver quickly? For me, this is more important than what features they have today.
