$USDT Tether wants to buy the football club Juventus.

The issuer USDT sent a proposal to the company Exor for the purchase of 65.4% of Juventus shares. The deal is entirely in cash and funded by the company's own resources.

• Currently, Tether owns 10.7% of the club's shares.

• The company is willing to invest €1b in the development of Juventus.

• Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino called Juventus "a part of his life" and a symbol of Italian excellence.
