Midnight (NIGHT) tokens will be airdropped to users holding ADA, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, BNB, AVAX, and BAT. The Midnight (NIGHT) airdrop will only be distributed to ADA, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, BNB, AVAX, and BAT holders in specific jurisdictions, including the airdrop of NIGHT.

Airdrop rules

Snapshot time:

  • Snapshot time for users holding the above cryptocurrencies: June 11, 2025, at 8:00 AM (UTC+8).

  • Only accounts with a balance of cryptocurrencies worth over $100 in funds account, trading account, or earning account are eligible to participate in each airdrop. This minimum requirement will be assessed independently for each cryptocurrency and account.

  • Only transactions, funds, and cryptocurrencies in the earning accounts that have been successfully deposited at the snapshot time will be included in the statistics. Withdrawn coins, coins being withdrawn, and coins that have not been successfully deposited into the account will not be included in the statistics.

  • All negative equity (including loans) will not be included in the snapshot.

  • Airdrop ratio:

    • Each eligible account holding ADA, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, BNB, AVAX, and BAT will receive NIGHT airdrop calculated at the following ratios:

      • ADA: 50% of the total airdrop amount, distributed according to its dollar value proportion

      • BTC: 20% of the total airdrop amount, distributed according to its dollar value proportion

      • ETH, SOL, XRP, BNB, AVAX, BAT: 30% of the total airdrop amount, distributed according to its dollar value proportion



    Airdrop distribution time:

    After the project direction has completed the distribution of the NIGHT tokens at the snapshot, the NIGHT will be distributed to users. An announcement will be made once the distribution is complete.
