Deep Tide TechFlow news, on December 11, according to The Block, Klarna announced a collaboration with Privy, a wallet infrastructure platform under Stripe, to jointly develop a cryptocurrency wallet solution for ordinary users. This move follows Klarna's launch of the dollar stablecoin KlarnaUSD based on the Tempo blockchain last month, marking the payment giant's acceleration into the cryptocurrency field.

Klarna CEO Sebastian Siemiatkowski stated that the company serves 114 million users, with an annual transaction volume reaching 112 billion dollars, possessing a unique advantage in introducing cryptocurrency technology into the financial lives of ordinary users. The KlarnaUSD stablecoin aims to reduce cross-border payment costs and is expected to go live on the Tempo mainnet in 2026.
