🇺🇸 CFTC has for the first time allowed spot trading of cryptocurrencies on regulated exchanges
The American CFTC has officially allowed exchanges registered as DCM to list and trade spot cryptocurrency contracts for the first time. This refers to transactions settled within two days, but in some cases — up to 28 days.
🚀At least one platform has already been granted permission for leveraged trading, as well as clearing such contracts through a licensed DCO — which opens access to retail traders.
