Guys, last night BTC tanked to $61,213 (-3.7%), ETH crashed to $1,599 (-9.8%), and XAUT also dropped to $4,304 (-3.4%). I was glued to the screen, hands shaking, unable to hit the stop-loss – three years ago, I lost 800k chasing pumps and dumps, just like this market.
Today I learned: don’t go head-to-head with the market, and don’t fantasize about catching the bottom. I switched to the XAUT grid system; gold has low volatility, and the trend signals told me it was "bearish", so I just took a light position to avoid the drop. What happened? My account didn’t lose a dime, and I actually made 3.2% with the grid. This isn’t bragging, it's a hard-earned lesson.
