Top KOLs have indeed been contracted by the project exchanges.

Mid-tier individuals rely on resources for their livelihoods, while it is difficult for lower-tier bloggers. For example, agencies that work with top-tier KOLs hardly collaborate with lower-tier bloggers.

However, there are some exceptions. If your posts are unique enough, such as 'graphic articles', and your viewpoints are particularly outstanding with a clear niche, there are plenty of resources to tap into.

In a bear market, it's important to study well. I've been thinking about how to work hard to elevate my account to the 'top tier'. It might require forming a small team to accomplish this.
