This is a summary of my experiences during a year of lows.

Take it slow and you will see the light. While others are sleeping, you watch the market. While others are tired, you watch the market. While others are eating, you watch the market. While others go out to play, you watch the market. If you don't succeed, who will?

This is something I realized only this year: top traders are never reliant on luck, but rather on the accumulation of day-to-day experience. When you see a K, you have a feeling and you know where to set stop-loss and take-profit. Experts rely on their instincts, muscle memory, and logical abilities; it has never been about luck.

The cryptocurrency world is the best place to see yourself clearly. Chasing highs is due to your greed, panic selling is due to your fear, being fully invested is due to your gambling nature, and being deeply trapped is because you are afraid to admit failure. Every operation reflects your personality, and every gain or loss is a consequence of your fate. When you stop frequently entering and exiting, and instead patiently wait for certain opportunities to appear, you will rid yourself of restlessness. When you are willing to miss a hundred opportunities just to wait for that moment that belongs to your rhythm, you will truly understand trading.

As long as you are grateful, not greedy or anxious, and have the patience to admit mistakes, you will know that trading cryptocurrencies is not a talent but a practice.
