Konstantin Galish ,a 32-year-old Ukrainian crypto investor and popular blogger known online as Kostya Kudo, was found dead inside his Lamborghini in Kyiv on Saturday, according to multiple reports. His death came just one day after a major crash shook global cryptocurrency markets, with sharp declines in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major digital assets.
Authorities in Kyiv said Galish’s death is being treated as a possible suicide, though an investigation is still ongoing. The news was confirmed on Galish’s official Telegram channel, which stated that officials are working to determine the exact cause of death. Binance Square, a crypto community platform, and the New York Post both reported that Galish is believed to have died by suicide.
Galish was a well-known figure in the crypto community as the co-founder and CEO of Cryptology Key, a trading academy focused on blockchain and cryptocurrency education. He was known for his luxurious lifestyle, owning several high-end cars, including a 2020 Lamborghini Urus, 2023 Ferrari 296 GTB, and 2012 Mercedes-Benz 220 CDI.
His sudden death came amid a steep decline in the crypto market, which analysts linked to U.S. President Donald Trump’s October 10 announcement of a 100% tariff on “critical software” imports from China. The move triggered panic among global investors, causing widespread sell-offs in both tech and crypto sectors.
Following the market crash, unverified reports claimed that Galish may have lost around $30 million in client funds, and that a $65 million investment fund he managed had collapsed.
While authorities have found no signs of foul play, they are also investigating potential extortion and business-related disputes connected to his death.
The global crypto community has expressed shock and sadness over Galish’s passing, with many reminding traders that “markets can recover, but people cannot.”
Konstantin Galish’s death carries powerful lessons for traders and investors everywhere:
Markets recover, people don’t. Trade wisely, manage risks, and protect your mental health above all else.
