High probability of being caught in mutual conversion

Why was my account banned? My son just taught me how to operate it. Why did this account disappear? Does it mean I can't make money in the future? Could the bosses please share their experiences? I occasionally turn on the Wi-Fi, frequently use 4G, and all the transactions are from my wallet. It just ended right from the start. There used to be mutual transfers, but other friends' families have no issues with mutual transfers.
