🇷🇺 The crypto community is actively discussing the possible easing of restrictions on cryptocurrency exchange in Russia.
According to circulating information, already in 2026, several state-owned banks will be able to legally conduct operations for exchanging crypto for rubles and back for residents of the Russian Federation.
It is assumed that the next step may be to restrict access to offshore exchanges if they refuse to operate under Russian rules.
❗There are no official confirmations. The Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance are indeed considering a pilot regime for transactions with digital assets, but full permission for exchanging crypto for rubles is not yet being discussed.
