Probably all of this counts before Binance alpha suspended trading. It's unlikely on-chain. If everything on-chain is exchanged, then what's the point of exchanging a new coin? Binance alpha has a circulation of over 200 million. These coins are considered relatively safe. Those who bought the dip in the morning might have been overly optimistic.
