Binance Labs becomes YZi Labs and goes all in on Web3, AI, and nanotechnology

The interest of Binance's new baby in AI and biotechnology is not trivial. These two sectors are considered pillars of technological and economic innovation. AI, for example, offers unprecedented opportunities in areas as varied as finance, health, and logistics, while biotechnology promises major advances in medicine and agriculture.

YZi Labs has already begun investing in promising projects. In August 2024, the incubator announced its support for Sahara AI and MyShell, two startups specializing in decentralized AI. More recently, in November 2024, YZi Labs invested in BIO Protocol, an accelerator program for biotechnologies in the promising field of DeSci (Decentralized Science).
