The event is divided into three phases: the public nomination phase will run from 17:00 on September 25, 2025, to 07:59 on October 13, 2025 (UTC+8); the community voting phase will be from 17:00 on October 15, 2025, to 07:59 on October 27, 2025 (UTC+8); the results will be announced at 17:00 on November 3, 2025 (UTC+8). Winners will be invited to attend the awards ceremony during the 2025 Binance Blockchain Week.
