This is clearly not a bear market. You shouldn't assume the same thing as people who don't know about DCL and WCL. A sign of a bear market is when BTC surpasses the last WCL price, which was 77-78k, and the current price of BTC is still very far from that figure. If you remember the information I provided, during the WCL, BTC would drop around 20-30% from its peak price. I said at the time that this WCL would probably only drop around 17-20%.
