Aster Airdrop Tutorial
Aster has launched a new airdrop mission, which will distribute 4% of the tokens. The total supply of $Aster is 8 billion tokens, and 4% corresponds to 320 million tokens. Based on a price of 2U, this airdrop amounts to 640 million dollars.
Due to the high intensity and popularity, it is estimated that many studios and retail investors will participate with multiple accounts. Assuming there are 100,000 accounts participating, the average airdrop amount would be 6,400 dollars (I tried an account with a trade of 300 dollars yesterday, which only had 30,000 participants, so it seems that not many people are involved yet). If there are witches involved, the average amount could be even higher. Although generally such long-tail distributions can distort averages, regardless, even if the median is 1/10 of the mean, it would still be several hundred dollars. Participation definitely means there is something to gain; it’s a matter of how much. (Mission period: 9/22-10/5 two weeks)
