The rebound after a sharp drop may seem lively, but it’s actually a trap. If you really want to survive, you can only watch during a flash crash.
3. Low volume at high positions is the most dangerous
If the top can expand in volume, that’s not scary; what’s scary is when it grinds sideways at a high position with decreasing volume, that’s the calm before the storm.
4. Bottoms must be confirmed
A single expansion in volume doesn’t count as a bottom; it must first contract and oscillate, then expand and attack, to be the real starting point.
5. K-line is just the result; volume is the language
Emotions are all written in the trading volume: contraction = quiet, expansion = real capital entering. Understanding volume is like hearing the heartbeat of the market.
6. In the end, it’s about mindset
Dare to be in cash, neither greedy nor fearful, not chasing highs or killing lows.
