The big Crypto players gather to promote the Bitcoin storage bill

A series of leaders in the crypto industry such as Saylor (Strategy), Tom Lee (BitMine),... will participate in a roundtable conference with lawmakers to discuss the "BITCOIN Act".

This bill was proposed by Senator Cynthia Lummis, calling for the U.S. to store 1 million BTC (5% of total supply) within 5 years without increasing the federal spending deficit. Additionally, the bill also specifies the executive order from President Trump, which prohibits the sale of seized Bitcoin and requires it to be kept in a separate storage.

Currently, the "BITCOIN Act" is still awaiting consideration from the House of Representatives and the Senate. The meeting tonight is expected to discuss the next steps to promote the bill as well as seek support from both parties – which so far has only come from the Republican side.
