Today was a day of change in global stock markets. Some exchanges showed growth, others - decline. Who became the leader and who became the outsider?

In the United States, the NYSE and NASDAQ are the leaders, where shares of the largest technology and innovative companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Tesla and Alibaba are traded. Both exchanges rose 0.4%.

In Asia, the situation is not so rosy. Chinese exchanges SSE and SZSE lost 0.8% and 1.2%, respectively, amid worsening relations with the United States and regulatory pressure on Chinese Internet companies. Hong Kong's HKSE also fell 0.9% despite strong performance from Alibaba, which rose 3.4%.

In Europe, the leader has become the international exchange Euronext, which unites platforms from France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and Portugal. The Euronext 100 rose 0.6% to 1,265 points.

In India, the NSE was the day's top gainer, rising 1.4% to 15,582.
