When I first came to spot trading, one thought kept circling in my mind: if everyone can make a profit, why can't I? I opened an account on Binance and prepared myself as a trader by watching YouTube videos and some Twitter posts. But the reality was much harder than I imagined.

My first trade was the beginning of a dream 😊

My first trade was $HOLO a newly listed coin named. I saw that within a few hours the price had increased by nearly 30%. I thought, this is the opportunity! In FOMO, Fear of Missing Out, I quickly bought some HOLO in a market order. In the next 18 minutes, the price rose another 10%! I was overjoyed. I thought to myself, I have become a pro trader!

⚠ Then came the harsh slap of reality in my second trade ⚠️
The next day $LINEA I jumped into another coin after seeing the hype. This time it was also a market order. But this time luck was not on my side. The price started to plummet. I thought, oh, it will surely go up again. But that hope was not fulfilled! That day I exited the market with a 25% loss. I felt really bad that day.

What these two trades taught me:
Those two trades opened my eyes. I realized that spot trading is not just a game of profit; it is a game of patience, research, and risk management.

From then on, my real journey of learning trading began
I learned some important lessons:
• My biggest mistake was falling into the trap of FOMO.
• It is impossible to control losses without using stop-loss.
• Trading without understanding the fundamentals of the project is like jumping blindly.

Having crossed seven seas and thirteen rivers, here I am today 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝 🤝
