Lawmakers have proposed initiative H.R. 5166 to establish a Bitcoin reserve for the U.S.

If the bill is passed, the U.S. Treasury will be required to prepare a report on the feasibility, legal basis, storage, and cybersecurity of the crypto reserve within 90 days.
