1️⃣ Sora Ventures launched a Bitcoin treasury fund of US$ 1 billion, already with US$ 200 million committed by Asian investors. The goal? To boost corporate adoption of BTC in the coming months.
2️⃣ The SEC's OIG revealed that nearly an entire year of messages from Gary Gensler (former SEC chair) were lost, including communications related to lawsuits against crypto companies. The discovery raises serious doubts about the agency's transparency.
3️⃣ Under the management of the current chairman Paul Atkins, the SEC presented an agenda with 20 regulatory proposals, including exemptions, “safe harbors,” and fewer restrictions for brokers. If approved, these measures could pave the way for a much more favorable environment for the crypto market.
