The founder of the BOB currency is Alexei Zamyatin, who holds a PhD in Computer Science from Imperial College London and is one of the founders of the BOB currency aimed at building a hybrid second layer supported by both Bitcoin and Ethereum, known as "Build On Bitcoin" or BOB.
Zamyatin has been working in Bitcoin research and interoperability since 2015.
