🔥Bitcoin mining difficulty reaches an all-time high!
On September 7, according to CloverPool data, Bitcoin mining difficulty was adjusted at block height 913,248, with the mining difficulty increased by 4.89% to 136.04T, setting a new record.
The Bitcoin network recalibrates the mining difficulty every 2016 blocks (approximately every two weeks) to maintain an average block generation time of 10 minutes. This record high mining difficulty indicates that the current competition in the Bitcoin network is more intense, making it harder for miners to successfully add new blocks and receive rewards.
