Today, NASDAQ announced that it will strengthen its scrutiny of the recently hyped coin stocks. Simply put, these companies will need to disclose how much money they plan to raise, what strategies they will use to buy coins, and whether they will incur losses if they want to sell stocks and buy coins in the future. This is equivalent to calming down the investors who want to buy their stocks and preventing them from FOMO. This is definitely a negative for coin stocks; today, popular ones like BNMR and SBET all experienced significant declines. This is also bad news for Ethereum... Hopefully, tonight's non-farm data can help fuel interest rate cuts a bit.
