In total for one day, August 28, #Circle minted:
- 750 million USDC on the Solana blockchain,
- 1.075 USDC on the Ethereum blockchain.
The pace is impressive. The burning for the day is minimal.
The question of almost two billion - will these stablecoins enter the market now, or after another wave of correction, which seems to be coming due to how TOTAL, TOTAL2, TOTAL3 look. There, let’s remind, are the labels of the weekly TF high.
The answer is somewhere in the middle. They will definitely go partially into the market. The same USDC on the Ethereum blockchain is largely needed by Coinbase here and now due to growing demand.

The market capitalization of USDC has surpassed $70 billion, with almost half of it printed in 2025 (the stablecoin has been operating since 2019). The American market is being pumped with liquidity.
