Pakistan Condemns "Unconscionable" Israeli Air Strike on Gaza Hospital

Pakistan has issued a powerful condemnation of what it calls the "deadly Israeli air strikes on Nasser Hospital" in Khan Yunis, Gaza. This strong statement comes as reports confirm at least 20 people were killed in the attack, including five journalists.

A Grave Violation of Human Rights

Pakistan's government has termed the attack an "unconscionable" act and a "grave violation of human rights." The condemnation aligns with a growing international outcry from global media and humanitarian organizations, which have also condemned the attack on the hospital. The Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) reports that at least 189 journalists have been killed during the 22-month-long conflict.

Calls for International Action

The Pakistani government is urging the international community to intervene and prevent Israel from "undermining the peace and stability" of the region. This plea comes as a separate incident involving an Israeli drone strike in Syria, which killed six soldiers, was also condemned by Pakistan.

The escalating tensions and attacks on civilian infrastructure and personnel are raising serious concerns about the future of the region.
